Depending on an agreed scope, Verclynt’s services may include reviewing information about suspected online misuse of brands or protected content, organizing relevant information and evidence, and supporting the preparation or follow-up of appropriate reports. The rights involved, evidence available, market, channel, and circumstances can affect what work is appropriate.

A suspected listing, account, domain, or use is not automatically an infringement or a counterfeit. Genuine products sold through alternative distribution routes may raise different questions from counterfeit goods. Verclynt does not promise to identify or address every instance of suspected misuse.

Verclynt may ask for additional context or decline to recommend a report when the available information is insufficient, the authority to act is unclear, or the issue requires legal analysis outside the agreed scope.

Verclynt does not guarantee that every suspected issue will be verified, that content will be removed, that a platform will act, or that a particular commercial or legal outcome will result.

Separate agreements and terms to be confirmed

The website does not set out engagement-specific fees, deliverables, timelines, service levels, warranties, liability limits, indemnities, termination arrangements, governing law, venue, arbitration, or other dispute terms. Where those terms are needed, they should be approved by Verclynt and addressed in a separate written agreement or finalized terms before work begins.
